Terms of publication

Dear fellow scientists, we invite you to publish your materials in the scientific journal «Amparo» № 1 (2024). Articles of doctors of sciences, candidates of sciences, young scientists (students, graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activity are accepted for publishing.

Based on the Order of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine as of 17.03.2020 № 409 (annex 1), the journal is included in the list of professional publications of group "B" in the field of legal sciences (081 "Law", 293 "International Law").

For successful publication of an article in a professional scientific publication, it is necessary to send the following materials to the e-mail address Ця електронна адреса захищена від спам-ботів. вам потрібно увімкнути JavaScript, щоб побачити її. by April 30, 2024:

a scientific article, necessarily compiled in accordance with the specified requirements;
information about the author;
scanned payment confirmation for article costs.

The editorial board conducts an internal anonymous review of the article, after which the authors receive confirmation that the article has been accepted for publication.

Academic integrity

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Payment procedure

The authors receive the requisites for payment of the publication fee after passing the mandatory internal anonymous peer review of scientific articles and their verification for plagiarism.

The cost of publishing an article in the collection of scientific journal «Amparo» is 1200 UAH (the volume of the article up to 12 pages inclusive). If the article exceeds the stated volume, the author of the article should pay 50 UAH for each additional page. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.

If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website on June 30, 2024.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before July 30, 2024.
